We've answered some common questions we get below. 

Do you ship?
We can ship anything in our online shop, except flowers and plants, to any address in the Continental US. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. 

Do you accept returns?
We unfortunately can’t take returns at this time. As a small business that buys from other small businesses and makers, this isn’t something that’s sustainable for us. Please take this into consideration before purchasing. 

Do you deliver flowers? 
We do! Please click the "order flowers" button at the top of our homepage to order flowers for pickup or delivery. You can then use our Bloomnation service to place your order. Input your zip code to find out if we deliver to your address and what the delivery fee will be. We prefer you order a day or more in advance, but sometimes still have availability up until 11am for same-day delivery. If the date you want your flowers delivered on is unavailable, it's likely we're booked up that day or have a large wedding or event and are unable to take more flower orders. 

What does "Seasonal Designer's Choice" mean?
Due to the nature of sustainable floral design, we're unable to guarantee that specific flower varieties, colors, and quantities will be available at certain times of the year. Our goal is to always put out work that showcases the best, freshest blooms the season has to offer rather than provide you with cookie cutter designs to choose from. Because of this, all of our floral offerings for pickup and delivery are "Seasonal Designer's Choice". What this means is that you will be receiving a design that is uniquely yours, featuring the freshest and most beautiful blooms the season has to offer.
